2008: Team Canada take home the gold
The 49ers go undefeated in season play and Derek wins the 1st ever World Championship of Tecmo Bowl.
Drug deals, hookers and a strip club happen to populate the surroundings of the cheap hotel the competition was held at, making it an interesting event.
Team USA had a rough start and circled the wagons nicely on day 2, but inevitably they fell short of the goal to bring home a championship.

2009: Canada makes it a re-peat run
Derek and the 49ers claim victory again!
A torrential rain forces a severely delayed flight from Canada, and they miss the Cubs game. Meanwhile team USA nearly drowns in the damn parking area under O'Hare. A huge upgrade in lodging this time leads to Brad "accidently" breaking a very expensive hotel TV, which he somewhat repairs, and all is well.
The flight delay forces us each to play 21 games of Tecmo in only 1 day. A blocked extra point by LT prevents an American from reaching the Championship game.

2010: Team Cam-ada smashes all in his path
With 2 time champ Derek having a poor showing, Cam takes over for Canada and posts the most wins in competition history.
Canadians are detained at the border for half a day, but still make the game at Wrigley. Gantry's cat pisses on a pair of my shorts.
Brad loses a game in which he didn't give up a 1st down. Kick-return did him in. Nate comes up a yard short of winning his 1st ever playoff game as Gentry gets tackled after time expired. USA caught no breaks.

*Each players uses multiple teams in many different match-ups in the preliminary round. This tests each players skill in a wide variety of different match-ups
*The overall records in the preliminary round determine the order of the 8 team draft.
Each player drafts 2 teams, and then will control those 2 the rest of the way.
*This moves us into the season round of the competition.
Each player controls his 2 teams and they both face a 6 game schedule.
The race is on to get both of your teams into the playoffs.
*The top 6 teams are reach the Playoffs, with the top 2 receiving opening round byes.
The higher seeds are awarded home games, and are player 1.
* 7 Playoff games take place en-route to the championship.
Each round of play has a profound affect on how the next sets up all through the competition.
